MT3000 series Continuous HF Welder 

MT3000 series Continuous HF Welder is a set of brand-new HF welding equipment, based on an unique continuous HF welding theory. 

Basically, HF welding technology takes advantage of electronic tube self-surge reaction to generate a high frequency electric field between upper and down electrodes, to heat the welding material (polar plastic) molecularly till melting, then welding them together under the pressure of the welding head. 
Continuous HF welder, whose welding head do continuous movement accompanying the trail-guided main machine moving, overcomes the disadvantage of the traditional intermittent HF welder, to be possible of welding long distance, especially for tens meters, and large size welding material in a better speed and quality. 
Typical applicants: Advertisement Flexible & Banner, Housetop Tarpaulin, swimming pool for PVC membrane, Membrane toy and big size PVC membrane plastics used in architecture.

Optional table length 
Modular welding table length is available from 6m up to 30m, in every 3m. (For model MT3000T & MT3000S) 

Smooth and perfect output 
Consistent and even HF power together with pressure effected in the materials through the whole welding process, lead to a smooth and perfect joint. 

High speed 
Maximum welding speed is 4 meters per minute, which greatly improves the efficiency in production. 

Low power request 
Maximum power request is 3 kilo watt, which equals to a tenth part of other HF welder. 

MT3000T is the first model which achieved continuous HF welding. All the other MT3000 series machine,are developed upon this groundwork.
